Intramammary ointment (Milking)

Composition:
Each syringe contains 8 grams:
Oxytetracycline 250mg
Neomycin 250mg
Prednisolone 5mg

Mechanism of effect:
Masticare with 3 active ingredients is a strong suspension for the treatment of acute and subacute mastitis in cow’s milk.
Oxytetracycline is effective against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus species, Oxytetracycline is a tetracycline antibiotic group that has effects on 30s bacteria ribosome and has a broad inhibitory effect on gram negative and positive bacteria.
Neomycin is one of the most common antimicrobials in the family of aminoglycosides, which has been used in the treatment of mastitis, and is mainly effective against bacteria such as E.Coli.
Prednisolone present in this ointment is a powerful corticosteroids that are effective in relieving the symptoms of mastitis in clinical treatment.
Rout of administration and dosage:
After washing udder and disinfecting the ends of the quarter, try to inject ointment into the quarter breast. Each syringe is for one quarter.

Withdrawal time:
Meat: 14 days
Milk: 96 hours

Note:
Don’t use this product in pregnant animals because may cause abortion or teratogenic effects.
