Nomite 1% Oral Solution
(Fluralaner Oral Solution)
For the Control of Red Mite in Poultry

Active Ingredient:
Each milliliter of oral solution contains:

- Fluralaner (active substance): 10 mg/mL
Indications:
Nomite is used for the treatment and control of poultry red mite (Dermanyssus gallinae) and other mites and ticks in:

- Laying hens
- Pullets
- Breeding hens
Dosage and Administration:
Treatment Protocol:

- Administer 0.5 mg of fluralaner per kg of body weight, equivalent to 0.05 mL of Nomite solution per kg of live body weight.
- Repeat the dose twice, 7 days apart.
- To ensure full efficacy, the entire treatment course must be completed.
Prevention and Control:

- For preventive treatment, administer Nomite at the beginning of spring and end of summer.
- If the veterinarian deems another course necessary, there must be a 3-month interval between courses.
Dosage Calculation:
To calculate the required volume of Nomite solution:
Nomite dosage (mL) = 0.05 × total live body weight of birds (kg)
Use an accurate dosing device (provided inside the Nomite packaging) to measure the required amount of solution.
Administration Instructions:

- Accurately weigh the birds (or estimate flock average weight) to determine the correct dosage.
- Mix the calculated amount of Nomite thoroughly into the birds’ daily drinking water.
- Ensure the medicated water is the only source of water available during treatment.
- Allow 4 to 6 hours for the flock to consume the entire medicated water volume.
- Ensure each bird receives the full therapeutic dose.
⚠️ Do not provide any alternative drinking water during medication.
Egg Residue Warning:

- No withdrawal period required for eggs.
- Eggs can be safely consumed during and after treatment.
